Getting started with the OKS
Free introductory lesson
It's easy to get started in one of the Oregon Ki Society's programs. You can come in for a free introductory lesson at any Oregon Ki Society location.
Here's what to do
- Check the location page for dojo locations and class times.
- Give the dojo a call to let them know what class you are intending to drop-in for. Please do not refrain from coming to class waiting for a call back. Feel free to drop-in; visitors are welcome.
- Dress in loose comfortable clothes like a tee-shirt and sweat pants.
- Come to the dojo 10 to 15 minutes before starting time. This gives you the opportunity to meet, ask questions, sign a release form, and talk with the instructor(s) before class begins.
