Kiatsu seminar #2
Saturday May 17th – Sunday May 18th, starts at 9:00 am both days, at the Personal Kiatsu School in Tigard
Seminar #2 is open to all current Kiatsu students and graduates. Advanced Ki-Aikido students and instructors (brown and black belts) are invited to attend the Saturday session, not the Sunday session as is usual.

The primary challenge beyond middle age is living a long and healthy life with sustained well-being in advancing years. In this seminar you will learn principles of mind and body coordination that unlock your full potential as a human being. Open to the public, suggested for ages 40 and over.

The annual kids' camp is this weekend, featuring lots of training and activities for members of the children's program.

The usual advanced aikido class will cover randori. All students brown belt and up are encouraged to attend.
